I like it. Music boxes require a lot of invention, especially if he does some wild ones, and I like her having a wider skill set, too. I mean, the movie is weird that way. A girl having to take care of her father would not have that level of free time, especially in that era, and now at least part of it is explained.

True, true - it just felt odd and like they were taking a key plot point away (Maurice getting lost on the way to the Inventor's Fair and finding the Beast's castle,). I may be fussy since this is one of my favorite stories so I have high hopes

and I'm slowly warming up to the Enchanted Objects. Slowly. I'm not fond of the design change for the Feather Duster

He's been in a lot. The newest Dracula from a couple years ago, The Hobbit movies, Immortals.

I didn't notice the objects one. Lumiere is really different! I like Plumette the bird feather duster. She's different enough to just think of as not Fifi/Babette.

There was an image out there that puts Mrs. Potts in uncanny valley, to say nothing about the Wardrobe (although, she's more nightmare fuel then anything else). I'm glad that her look definitely changed there.
