Easter fic - in progress

Peak picked up a small egg, his eyes studying the bright pink color before looking up at his big brother. He waited until Z'neth gave him a nod before sticking the egg into the basket that he was carrying. Peak had to admit - he wasn't quite sure what he was doing but at least Z'neth was with him. He glanced over and smiled at Ilona. "'lony!" he called. "Come help!"

Ilona smiled and made her way over to the pair. "Hey," she said, kneeling down to hug Peak before standing to hug Z'neth. "How's the hunt going?"

"It's going," Z'neth said, reaching over with his good arm and pulling her into a gentle embrace. "How's your Easter so far?"

"Quiet, which is how I like them," she said wryly.

and a quick check with the Halloween fic has Peak at 6, Z at 21, Ilona at 18, Summit at 16, Apex at 14, Dram as being a minimum of 30~

yeah, I'm not sure on the age difference but.. well.. the only one that ever gets an age is Peak so trying to build it around him..

and yeah, the ages gave me grief and I'm still not 100% certain as to the exact details of his injuries. The rabbits keep changing details on me ::sulks::

Write them down, that's what helps me. From the sounds of it, Z'neth's lacking the use of one arm and that same leg, which hints at further damage all along that one side, which would make it hard for him to maneuver normally, let alone move around.

I looked back at the Halloween fic where we batted around ideas. It was either loss of a limb [or at least a badly damaged one - most likely an arm since I hinted at him having a "good arm"], loss of vision in one or both eyes [but that got negated since he's looking around] or it was the same as what happened to Aaron

Since this is likely set afterwards, it could be that Z'neth's on the road to recovery. I'd believe Airlandis would have way more advanced medical technology than what we have now, so to an extent, they could fix the damage that Z'neth suffered.

Aaron likely can't be healed much if his spine was broken, since likely the nerves would be too delicate to mess with, even in the future.

Alright, so, going from what we batted around in the comments, Z'neth is as so:

- One or both arms are damaged. In one comment section, you specified that his left arm was the damaged one, but in the next fic bit, Z'neth's left hand is his good one.

- In the comments, you said there might be some damage to at least one leg. Neither piece goes into specifics, so it's vague enough that Z'neth could have damage to one leg, both legs or even damage to his back that makes it painful to bend.

- Also in the comments, you specify that Z'neth's face is heavily scarred, which could also mean that he has compromised vision in at least one eye that he's recovering from.

So, yeah, somewhat free reign here basically.
