Peak sighed as he started to pack things into boxes. Moving out had to be the worst idea he had in a long time - although, he probably shouldn't complain too much. After all, he was moving into an apartment with Nora so there was that perk to this whole moving day crap. He paused a moment, his hand having hit something. He picked it up slowly and settled on his bed, staring at it with a minor hint of confusion.
Aaron stood in the doorway, watching his son examine the object. "Ah, I was wondering if you'd ever find it again," he said, entering the room and settling down next to his son on the bed.
"Father?" Peak asked, holding it so Aaron could see it. "What?"
Aaron held the bank carefully in his hands, smiling a sad smile. "It was a small piggy bank, featuring little bunnykins. Your mother got it for you when you were an infant." He handed it carefully back.
Peak stared at it for a moment and hugged the bank to his chest.
