 I'm of a curious mood - tomorrow I get my latest Yes.Fit medal - Merlin, and they sometimes toss goodies in with their medals. (Headband with one, a coupon and a pin with another, a motivational message with another) so hopefully something good 

edit: a small card with a message on it - "you don't know how long a minute is until you start to exercise"
