I happened to locate this and a few dozen other cartoons [they have the Dragon Flyz in that channel! and a Sleeping Beauty cartoon series that totally lifted the character design of King Hubert from Disney's Sleeping Beauty for one of it's characters!]

And eeee! They have all the episodes of "The Magician"! I loooved that show (it's done by the same animation studio that did DF and Sky Dancers). But I'm kind of irked that I just bought a dodgy homemade DVD from iOffer of the first season and now here's the whole thing!
